Shipping

  • All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and send you a refund. 

  • At this current time we only ship to the UK.

  • All orders under £20 are  £3.50 to ship, regardless of size and weight.

  • Delivery times are estimated 2-5 days and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.

  • We aim to fulfil your order on the same business day, meaning Mon-Fri.

  • If an item is damaged in transit, please contact us immediately.

  • Any other questions about shipping or delivery can be answered by sending us a message.

Returns

  • Our returns policy is applicable to all of our products up to 30 days from the date of purchase. After 30 days have elapsed we regret that we are unable to offer you a refund or exchange unless the item is faulty.

  • If requesting a return, the item must be unused/unopened, complete with original packaging and in the same condition that it was in when you received it (unless it was damaged in transit).

  • Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received the item and that we are processing your request. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your request is approved, then your refund will be processed, and  credit will automatically be applied to your card or original method of payment, within 10 working days.

  • All returned items should be securely packaged and returned along with your name, address and order details clearly stated and included with the item.

  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item and these shipping costs are non-refundable. The returned item is your responsibility until it reaches us.

  • We cannot accept responsibility for any returned items that have been lost in the post.
